At Sacred Culture, every order matters. We aim to get your pieces packed, dispatched and on their way to you as quickly as possible.

UK Shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

• Standard shipping: £3.00 per order

• Free shipping: Orders over £50

• Delivery service: Royal Mail Tracked 48

• Estimated delivery: Usually 2–3 working days after dispatch

• Processing time: Please allow 1–10 working days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

• PRE-ORDERS: Pre-orders will be processed over a longer period of time compared to normal orders. Confirmation emails will be sent upon processing and dispatch.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary during busy periods, bank holidays or circumstances outside our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available. Please use your tracking details to follow your delivery.

Delays, Missing or Damaged Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order number so we can look into it.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, get in touch as soon as possible and include photographs where relevant. Your legal rights remain unaffected.
